Every sales professional has strengths and areas of development and these differ from each sales representative. Moreover, team members have different career goals and therefore require different development to achieve those goals, whether those goals are a path to senior management or a specialized sales career path. Through the interactions the sales manager has with his/her team members, as well as with input from the sales representative and any other team members that regularly interact with the sales team, we put in place an individual development plan for each sales representative.
SD’s philosophy is that proper coaching builds a sales pipeline as well as identifies areas of development for each sales representative, which is then captured and implemented though an IDP. The IDP is our commitment to each team member to help them achieve their career goals.
