Strategy Development Hosts Client Symposium

From May 10 – 12, Strategy Development is hosting a client symposium in Las Vegas.  May 10 kicks off with a full-day seminar on building dynamic teams facilitated by Dr. Rod Napier.  Dr Napier is an instructor at The University of Pennsylvania in their Masters of Organizational Dynamics program and has instructed at the Wharton School, including leading the popular Executive Team Dynamics course.  Dr. Napier developed what has become the 360-degree feedback analysis and consults for companies globally in team dynamics and intentional leadership.  Having authored or co-authored a dozen books on team dynamics and intentional leadership, Dr. Napier is one of the foremost authorities on developing effective team working environments.  May 11 starts with a private tour of zappos.com to gain insights into one of the most employee and customer focused work environments in the business community.  Following the tour Donavon Roberson, operations manager and “culture guru", will spend an hour with Strategy Development's clients to discuss implementing a high performing work culture at their businesses.  Over the next eight business hours, consultants from Strategy Development and Human Capital Sales Search will be presenting on the fast moving industry trends to prepare Strategy Development's clients for continued industry leading results.
